Tianna Esperanza is a singer-songwriter born and raised on Cape Cod. Hailed as a "masterful" vocalist by NPR and an inimitable "force" by SPIN, Esperanza conjures the gravitas and glamour of another era while creating work that feels unmistakably her own—drawing from an eclectic well to consistently craft sharp, touching art.

She has collaborated with artists and creative teams including Valerie June, Mick Flannery, Rachael Yamagata, Planet Ridiculon, and Gender Amplified, contributing as a songwriter, performer, and producer across recordings, live productions, and interdisciplinary projects.

Esperanza holds a B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Committed to investing in community, she offers bedside singing and performances for hospice and senior living communities, as well as mentorship for emerging artists.

Esperanza is the granddaughter of Palmolive (Paloma Romero), founding drummer of the pioneering punk bands The Slits and later The Raincoats. That legacy of fearless artistry continues to shape her work, honoring tradition while continually reimagining it through original songs, timeless repertoire, and immersive live experiences.
